No Boil Lasagna Sheet - Tender wide Pasta Sheets that do not need pre-cooking in order to make the Lasagna Casserole. To use the sheets from raw, you must add 10% more water to your sauce and bake the casserole immediately after preparing. DO NOT LET CASSEROLE REST FOR MORE THE 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOU BAKING.
Pappandelli– Extra wide Fettuccine Strips approximately 1.5 cm (½ inch) wide, cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
Fettuccine – String Pasta that is slightly wider then a 1/2 cm (1/4 inch wide) – Cooking time: 3 – 4 minutes.
Linguine - String Pasta that is slightly less then 1/2 cm (1/8 inch) wide – Cooking time: 3 minutes.
Spaghetti – String Pasta that is slightly bigger then 1/4 cm (1/16 inch) wide – Cooking time: 3 minutes.
Angel Hair - String Pasta that is slightly less then 1/4 cm (1/32 inch) wide – Cooking time: 2 minutes.
Penne - Short Tube Pasta ¼”diameter, approximately 5 cm (2 inches) long, with Ridges, the ends are cut on diagonal Cooking time: 2 minutes.
Rigatoni – Short Tube Pasta 1 cm diameter x 5 cm long (1/2 inch diameter, 2 inches) long, with Ridges, the ends are cut straight Cooking time: 5 minutes.
Fusilli - Short Spiral Pasta, 1 cm diameter x 5 cm long (1/2 inch diameter, 2 inches) long with thin walls Cooking time: 2 minutes.
Rotini - Short Spiral Pasta 1.2 cm diameter x 5 cm long (1/2 inch diameter, 2 inches) long, with thick walls Cooking time: 4 minutes.

Finally, fully cooked fresh pasta available in portion bags that are ready in less then 1 minute from freezer to table, without any waste, mess or fuss. Pre-cooked pasta portions means that even café’s without stoves can now serve a delicious pasta meal without even boiling a pot of water.
Pasta portions come in a plastic bag folded over. Bag is not sealed in order to avoid operators from tearing the bag open and having a piece of plastic dislodge into the pan. To prepare do one of the following:
1/ Drop frozen pasta portion into boiling water for 20 seconds, stir, and then drain place on plate and add the sauce.
– Or -
2/ Drop thawed pasta portion into a pan, add sauce and sauté for 45 seconds, and then serve.
– Or -
3/ Place frozen bag in microwave for 45 seconds on high, then with tongs remove the bag from the microwave drop onto plate and add your sauce. That’s it! No More Waste or Mess just Easy, Convenient and Perfect Pasta meals order after order.
Gnocchi Traditional Gnocchi – An Italian favourite. Gnocchi is a potato dumpling formed like a thick shell with ridges. Cooks up in 4 minutes to fluffy tender potato pasta that is great served with a variety of sauces hot or with pesto sauces served cold as a salad. We take our Fluffy potato dumplings and stuff them with a variety of Cheese and Vegetables to create a tender mouth watering stuffed Gnocchi pasta. For perfect stuffed gnocchi, boil for 2 minutes, drain and place cooked gnocchi in cold water to stop the cooking, drain again then sauté the stuffed gnocchi with butter or olive oil or one of our delicious sauces.
