No Boil Lasagna Sheet – Tender wide Pasta Sheets that do not need pre-cooking in order to make the Lasagna Casserole. To use the sheets from raw, you must add 10% more water to your sauce and bake the casserole immediately after preparing.
DO NOT LET CASSEROLE REST FOR MORE THE 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOU BAKING.
Pappandelli – Extra wide Fettuccine Strips approximately 1.5 cm (½ inch) wide, cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
Fettuccine – String Pasta that is slightly wider then a 1/2 cm (1/4 inch wide) – Cooking time: 3 – 4 minutes Linguine – String Pasta that is slightly less then 1/2 cm (1/8 inch) wide – Cooking time: 3 minutes.
Spaghetti – String Pasta that is slightly bigger then 1/4 cm (1/16 inch) wide – Cooking time: 3 minutes.
Angel Hair – String Pasta that is slightly less then 1/4 cm (1/32 inch) wide – Cooking time: 2 minutes.
Penne – Short Tube Pasta ¼”diameter, approximately 5 cm (2 inches) long, with Ridges, the
ends are cut on diagonal Cooking time: 2 minutes.
Rigatoni – Short Tube Pasta 1 cm diameter x 5 cm long (1/2 inch diameter, 2 inches)
long, with Ridges, the ends are cut straight Cooking time: 5 minutes.
Fusilli – Short Spiral Pasta, 1 cm diameter x 5 cm long (1/2 inch diameter, 2 inches)
long with thin walls Cooking time: 2 minutes.
Rotini – Short Spiral Pasta 1.2 cm diameter x 5 cm long (1/2 inch diameter, 2 inches)
long, with thick walls Cooking time: 4 minutes.
